This position is also responsible for providing technical and business support in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Procurement areas.
What your day will look like:
Interprets and delivers reports and analysisIdentify data that needs tracking to improve business performanceParticipates in functional and business requirements gathering sessions.
Experience collaborating and developing relationships with end-users.
Provides systems and technical guidance to develop new opportunities with clients and assists with the development of the Business CaseCollaborates with design, development, and solution management.
Interfaces with SAP and non-SAP technical teams for technical specifications and development of customized objectsDesigns, develops, and conducts test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests and system integration testsConducts research to develop and demonstrates application Best Practices.
Works directly with end-users and the Business Leadership Team to ensure they are taking advantage of all the features and functions available through the business applicationsProvides support the business application assigned areas' Master Data and applications, including integration points with other business application modules.
Identify and resolve root causes to re-occurring production support issues.
Document root cause analysis and issue resolution; update job aids and desk top procedures when appropriateWhat you need to succeed:
Minimum of 18 years oldValid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyAbility to work with all functional team membersBachelor's degree (B.

) from four-year College or university; or 7 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience7 years of practical, technical hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Procurement processesExperience with complex Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and interfaces, SAP preferredExperience with the Microsoft PowerPlatform including PowerBI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate preferredAbility to identify and solve complex system problemsStrong customer service skillsAbility to travel based on project and user requirementsExcellent presentation and communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independentlyProven experience leading projectsAbility to coach and mentorAbility to demonstrate strong planning and organizing skillsExperience with software development best practices, including defining requirements and quality assuranceCCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
