is hiring a front office receptionist.
Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and screen phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette Organize and schedule meetings as needed Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Taking phone orders from physicians and referral sources, completing required paperwork and following the required guidelines regulated by Medicare.
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA and Medical terminology required.
Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills We are looking forward to receiving your application.
